Hi, nadeko.net is not longer going to host Breezewiki to the public, this is because there is a new alternative called Phantom, which is basically Breezewiki but made on Golang.
Why are you deprecating it if it works the same way as Breezewiki?, you may ask, the problem is that Breezewiki uses a huge amount of memory at start and it can keep increasing to up to 1GB!, that’s insane for me and it makes literally everyone with a low end server unable to host Breezewiki, so Kuuro basically grabbed all the logic from Breezewiki and ported it to Golang, and that is how Phantom born.

The difference is very clear, and I’m also involved on the development of Phantom, I even made a custom uptimer for it called instances-uptime (I’ll change the name to something better later) which is work on progress uptimer for basically anything, is still in a pretty early stage and I’ll keep developing it, for now if just a PoC.
So, my Breezewiki instance is going to be closed at 2025-08-22 (2 weeks more, counting from the day of this announcement)
There is 2 pending pull requests to add Phantom support for Libredirect (an extension to redirect you to privacy related services), so Phantom support should be added shortly.
